“But” - I hear you say - “I’ve tried everything to get in shape and lose the body aches”.
I get it.
Keto, paleo, intermittent fasting, vegan, Weight Watchers, Slimming World ...
Personal trainers, crossfit, yoga, walking, pilates, swimming ...
Physical therapists, massage, acupuncture, chiropractor ...
… been there, done that, and got nowhere fast too.
Until I found the science-based method to strong, supple, slimmer and audacious aging.

There are so many unscrupulous people out there trying to take advantage of women at our age and stage - the VShreds, the Metabolic Renewal programs, miracle ‘hormone balancing’ cures and supplements, and back pain gadgets.
It’s all nonsense and it makes me so angry because I bought into it ALL.
I was prepared to do anything and try anything to start feeling like my old self again - and I was only in my mid-40s.
You see, everything I was being told and everything I was being sold was just a?band-aid solution?- just dealing with the SYMPTOMS of midlife body changes and not the root cause.
My expanding waistline and awful back and hip pain were indicating to me that there was a deeper problem going on - like the flashing engine light in a car.
And all my attempts to feel and look better were really just me?putting tape over the light?rather than getting to the root of the problem and fixing THAT.
It was only when I was given a?solid, science-based explanation?of what was REALLY going on with my body
and shown a simple way to fix it,
that real change started to happen for me.
In fact, I started to look and feel so awesome that I could no longer keep these biomechanics-based solutions to myself.
I HAD to share the love and show other peri and menopausal women that?we do not have to accept a ‘new normal’ as we age that is anything less than wonderful.

Gotta say, I was crushed.

Have us midlife women just?normalized?our nagging pains, expanding waistlines, leaky bladders, and frail futures?
Has the "It’s all downhill from here"?mentality that’s steeped in our agist, patriarchal culture gotten so deep under our skin…
that when we’re presented with a?different, science-based approach?…
→ That disrupts the aging narrative
→ That empowers and emboldens midlife women
→ That gives us hope and confidence that the next 30+ plus years of our lives can be WONDERFUL
… not just years spent wondering what’s happened to our bodies
????????and our dreams…
Our first instinct is to be leery and to write it off as snake oil.
Should I be watering down women’s expectations of aging … just to be believable?

"I, too, was a little?leery?thinking the Reshape Method? was too good to be true.?BUT IT’S TRUE!
I had allowed pain to be my new normal … But in my heart of hearts, I felt that there was something there and that this was what I was waiting for.
I loved that?the Reshape Method??was a different approach - that it was?biomechanics, logic, science.
It just made sense, that if my body was better aligned it was going to work better and if we’re misaligned we're going to get sore hips, knees, etc.
So in my mind I thought, this could be it, this could be what I was waiting for.
Two weeks into the Reshape Method? I was foot pain-free!
That's?pretty unbelievable?considering I've seen a team of podiatrists and orthopedic surgeons over the years and nobody could help me.
