It's that time of year again...

Suncor will be at it again, planning ahead for its 2018 Canstruction model, and entry into Calgary's Canstruction event. 2018's theme is "FOOD"! We're looking really forward to it.

As any project goes, we need a concept. My team is thinking hard and we're acting fast! Concept Selection will help us progress into our first formal technical and commercial gate review. Afterwards we'll be sprinting to get that model generated. I just know the team is ready to give a solid effort once again for the event, and i'm getting pumped. In silent awe, I present you this year's 2017's entry - StormTrooper! The theme here was super villains vs super heroes, and we just had some of the biggest star wars fans ever.

In closing, I just wanted to remind everyone that these cans go to the local food bank for donation and I recommend any company in the area sign up and participate! It's a great event and you don't need to be an engineer to design this stuff! This event alone provides tens of thousands of canned goods to the food bank each year - wow. And these folks at the food bank will put it all to a great cause! If you don't hear from me for a while, it's because i'll be modeling our new concept...
