Its. Time. To. Tell. The. Story.

Raise your hand if you like a good comeback story. Pretty much if you're human, raise your hand. If not, then you can hit that "de-friend" button now because you have zero empathy.... Ready to share mine in hopes that it helps many people out there that deal with #MentalHealth issues.

Honestly, I don't think there's a person out there that exists that hasn't dealt with mental health in some sense of the manner - it's just to what degree. Either you're coming out of a crisis, in a current crisis, or about to go in one.... no matter what. For me, I'm glad to say I'm finally out of the crisis. Hallelujah.

This week, in addition to starting my new job, I'm recording about 5 hours worth of podcasts that will be blasted all over the internet shortly after on a variety of different channels where I will be a guest on others' shows.... I couldn't be more stoked to get my story out especially now that I've been able to take some time to heal from the experience and also to reflect! My only hopes from doing all these interviews is that it may help someone else going through something that many people don't understand....

Late last year, many of you know, I went through something that many wouldn't bounce back from so quickly. It was painful. It was embarrassing. Not everyone knew my side of the story or how something like that could happen. Again. For the second time. It affected my job. It affected my relationships. It landed me in the hospital. I lost a lot of $$$$. It affected everything I did. I was known as the girl that lost her mind on Facebook & LinkedIn... and let me tell you it hasn't been an easy road coming back to prove my sanity is back intact.

I plan on being authentically me, honest, and raw all along the way as that's the only way to do it. I had already recorded one podcast previously but we held off on pushing it out as there was more to the story that we couldn't push out because it was simply not real...
