I used to be?tempted?to keep?my?opinions and ideas to?myself.??Deep within, I knew I could contribute in a unique way, and I badly wanted to share my ideas in meetings, when with friends and colleagues ….. but there was a nagging voice which would always come as a whisper telling me I was not good enough, and no one was interested in my ideas. I feared and doubted myself. I felt inferior. This made me be angry with myself.?

Don’t let this happen to you. Winners are willing to speak their mind even if this means taking a risk. Come from a?place of worthiness,?and?say what you have to say. Chances are someone is thinking the exact same?idea?as you, but hasn’t found the courage to voice it. Even if the majority doesn’t agree with you, speaking your mind will show a different perspective that can lead to more?more opportunities. It also shows that you value?yourself and your work. Who knows, your?employer or your client?might even be grateful for a fresh perspective.

You?have all it takes to?standout. You are one of a kind. You?are here for?a unique purpose.?You have special abilities and you are?unique in your own ways.

Have you become a copy of someone else? Be authentic.

You are a winner, keep moving forward towards?what you most desire to achieve.

Give solutions, inspire others, empathize with?them, share?and leave?a mark in?what you are doing.
