It's time to sharpen-the-curve...

Do you have an antidote for all the doom and gloom around you in these pandemic times?While the #COVID19 situation is all about "flattening-the-curve" while at home, I found a way to sharpen-the-curve.........of learning.

They say, "if you don’t come out of this quarantine with either a new skill or more knowledge, you didn’t ever lack the time, you lacked the discipline."

And for all those who have been putting the learning aside because of any reason whatsoever, this is the time to learn and get new certifications to not only help yourself but also to bring a value-add to your organization.

We at Sage IT, have started learning about our partner products in a WFH environment as part of the group or team.

This helps an individual, the organization and the team in three ways: cognitive focus on learning the technology that we sell, a developmental/adaptive view of how learning occurs over time and how it utilizes a team member’s skills and ability to position the technology, and an organizational perspective that helps the organization gain a competitive edge in elevating the partnership level through resource skilling.

It also is an excellent example of how all the units in the organization, i.e. Sales, Marketing, Digital and Solutions collaboratively can get sharper on the technology.
