It’s Time To Be More Intentional…

Over the weekend, the news about the death of American actor, Chadwick Boseman hit the world. It obviously wasn’t a good one. It also came at a time when we were still mourning the death of the Pilot, Captain Ernest Chika, who was involved in an helicopter crash here in Lagos, Nigeria. Without doubt, these people were heroes considering how they touched lives at certain points of their lives. Even when death was staring at them, they still had the thought of others in their hearts… doing what they knew how to do best.
As I pondered on the sad and painful loss of these gentlemen, I can’t help but commend their bravery and love for humanity. It also serves as a clarion call and a reminder that death is inevitable. I was lucky to escape death on the 20th of July, 2020- when a truck ran into my car. I would say, without doubt, God preserved my life. My prayer is that may I not take life for granted (Amen). I pray the same for you too. May we live a life that God will be pleased with.
I almost was not going to do this write up because I was working on a manuscript and time is not on my side. But I had to give it a second thought… Dear friend, what are you holding back? Is there a song you want to write? Is there a business you want to start? Is there a call you should have made? Is there a life you should have touched? It’s never too late as long as you can breathe. You don’t know how much is at stake, until you start. You don’t know the number of lives that an action from you could impact positively.
Sometime last year, I ventured into Network marketing and wellness business. Today, I look back with gratitude to God that I took that bold steps. I can’t count the number of lives that have been touched because I took that step. Many people have regained their health; either through direct contact with me or through someone I introduced to the business. Our products are doing amazing things in many homes; within and outside of Nigeria. What are you are you going to do differently this week? It’s time to be more intentional with our lives and stop being selfish and self-centered. May the souls of the departed rest in peace and may their good works continue to speak for them. Have a blessed week.
