it's time to let go

it's time to let go

Hey there,

This week I turned down an opportunity where I’d have been paid $5,000 an hour for a really cool project that will probably garner a lot of press.

Writing back the email was painful — a real mix of “am I being stupid” and “I feel bad saying no”.

But at the beginning of this year, I made a list of things I HAD to say no to, in order to make space for my 2025 vision.

I felt like this opportunity was the Universe really testing me.

“Are you sure?”

So, as we step into 2025, I want to ask you something that can get really uncomfortable:

What do you need to let go of this year to create space for what you truly want?

Not what you want to do.

Not what you hope to achieve.

But what you need to release—to unburden yourself, to breathe a little deeper, to finally make space for what’s been quietly waiting to grow.

I know how much you’re carrying. I see it. The way you hold so much for so many people. The way you juggle your dreams, your responsibilities, your relationships—always striving to be everything for everyone.

You’ve learned to keep going, to push through, to find a way to make it all work.

But deep down, do you ever wonder:

Why does it feel so heavy?

Here’s what I know to be true: You weren’t meant to carry all of this.

You weren’t meant to say yes to every opportunity, to pour from a cup that’s already half empty, or to trade your peace for productivity.

But somewhere along the way, you’ve convinced yourself that you have to. That letting go would mean letting someone down—or worse, letting yourself down.

I’ve been there too.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve realized I was holding on to so many things I thought I “needed” to carry. Habits, commitments, even parts of my identity—I kept them because they felt safe or familiar. But the truth? They weren’t serving my big vision anymore.

And when I finally let go? Something beautiful happened.

I created space.

Space for my energy to return. Space for my mind to clear. Space for my life to align with what actually mattered—not what I thought I should be doing, but what truly brought me joy, purpose, and freedom.

Here’s just a few things I let go of:

  1. Perfectionism. I told myself things needed to be flawless before they could be shared. But chasing perfection was just a mask for fear—fear of judgment, fear of not being enough.
  2. The guilt of saying no. I said yes to too many things out of obligation, only to feel resentful later. I realized that every yes to something small was a no to something big.
  3. The belief that I had to do it all. Somewhere along the line, I bought into the idea that success required struggle. But when I let go of that belief, I discovered there’s an easier, lighter way to grow.

Each of these things created room—not just in my schedule, but in my mind and nervous system.

I stopped trying to hold it all. I stopped chasing “more.” And I started designing a life that felt aligned with who I’m becoming, not just who I’ve been.

Now, I want to ask you again:

What do you need to let go of this year to create space for what you truly want?

Maybe it’s the late nights and early mornings that leave you running on fumes. Maybe it’s a story you’ve been carrying—like the belief that you have to be everything for everyone. Maybe it’s a role, a project, or even a version of yourself you’ve outgrown.

Whatever it is, I know this: Letting go is uncomfortable. It requires trust—trust that by releasing the familiar, you’re opening the door to something better.

But here’s the thing: On the other side of letting go is freedom.

Freedom to focus on what truly matters. Freedom to show up fully for the things you love. Freedom to feel lighter, clearer, and more alive in your own life.

For me, that means:

  • Simplifying my work to focus on what truly moves the needle.
  • Protecting my time so I can show up fully for my family and myself.
  • Choosing peace over pressure, alignment over achievement, and presence over perfection.

This year, I’m holding onto one mantra:

If it’s not aligned with what I truly want, I’m letting it go.

Now it’s your turn.

Spend a few moments with this question today:

What am I holding on to that’s keeping me from the life I truly want?

Write it down. Reflect on it. And know that the answer might feel uncomfortable at first—but it’s also the beginning of something new, something lighter, something beautiful.

Let’s make 2025 the year we stop carrying what no longer belongs and start creating the space to build lives that feel deeply aligned, fully present, and truly ours.

XO, Natalie

Build Buyer Confidence With One Subtle Shift

When someone hesitates to buy, it’s often not because they doubt you - it’s because they doubt themselves.

Your audience isn’t just asking, “Is this offer good?” They’re asking, “Can I make this work?”

This week, focus on building their belief in their ability to succeed with your offer. Here’s how:

  1. Show Real Success Stories. Highlight examples of people like them who’ve achieved results.
  2. Simplify Their First Step. Paint a picture of quick wins they can achieve right away.
  3. Eliminate the Fear of Failure. Address their hesitations with guarantees, support, and empathy.
  4. Align With Their Vision. Frame your offer as the tool that unlocks their bigger dreams.

Confidence is the key to conversions. When your audience believes they can succeed, saying yes becomes easy.

Action Step: Take 15 minutes to tweak your messaging—focus less on your expertise and more on their ability to thrive with your offer.
