It's time to join the thing of the month club

Sure, old habits are hard to break. Benjamin Franklin worked on one each day of the week.
But if you take it one step at a time and use some evidence based tactics , you can change them to help you get some personal and professional satisfaction.
Warren Buffet offers 3 career tips. One is to get rid of bad habits. Buffett advised students to catch and?change bad habits?before it changes them for the worse. He told them, "You can get rid of it a lot easier at your age than at my age, because most behaviors are habitual." He added, "The chains of habit are too light to be felt until they are too heavy to be broken."
Here are some things you should do once a month:
Crawl before you walk before you run. Once you do, then you can pick up the pace and unsubscribe from the thing of the month club since you won't need it anymore. While you are at it, get rid of those other worthless subscriptions too.
