It's time to check in...

So much has happened in a week…. Are you also feeling this way?

The First-quarter (Q1) of the year is over. For some, you may be hanging your head down low and for others, you are jumping right into Q2. Let’s pick your head up and pump the breaks just a bit.

This is the time to release any outcomes from Q1…celebrate the wins; however, let’s review the challenges that were presented.

This is where Q2 comes in beautifully. Q2 is all about auditing?where you are, where you are going, and checking to see if you are on target?to getting to the end goal or the finish line at the end of the year.

Some questions to ask during this audit are:

• Did I give it my all?
• Was I focused and aligned?
• Did I play towards my strengths?
• Where are my more challenging areas and who can I hire or ask to help me?
• Where are others weak but I am strong and can help?

?

Once you answer these questions,?celebrate the small wins?and stack them all together so you can see all that was accomplished to this point in your fiscal year.

?

After your self-audit is complete, make tiny pivots and adjustments so you and your team are set up for success at the end of the year.
