For the last 8 years, I've taken the summer off from social media. No posting on Facebook, Twitter. No checking in and for the last couple of years, I've cranked it up to include not even reading social media and I'm going to do the same again this year, including posting on LinkedIn.

However, I've not been posting as much this year for one main reason, but want to. So I'm going to give myself a pass for up to one post a month -- on LinkedIn only.

Otherwise, see you in September.
