It's Tax Time! Important Deadlines Inside
The IRS will begin accepting tax returns for businesses (Partnerships and Corporations) on January 16th, and individuals on January 29th.
It is important to note the deadlines below:
January 16th: 2023 4th Quarter Estimated Tax Payment
January 31st: If you paid an independent contractor $600 or more, you may be required to provide a 1099-NEC
March 15th: Partnerships and S Corps (our internal deadline to receive all documents to meet the deadline is February 15th)
April 15th: C Corps and Individuals (our internal deadline to receive all documents to meet the deadline is March 15th)
September 15th: Partnerships and S Corps if you filed an extension by the original deadline
October 15th: C Corps and Individuals if you filed an extension by the original deadline

If your tax returns are not filed by the deadline, be sure to file an extension by the original deadline for your return(s). Please keep in mind an extension to file is not an extension to pay. If you expect to owe, the payment is still due by April 15th.
