What's our challenge?

To create and grow Castor's social presence and make our company mission, culture and values visible and top-of-mind.

What's our 'big-hairy-audacious' goal?

To grow a wider network of folks who become connected with our purpose driven culture, share our mission for faster, smarter medical research and build a conscious desire to be our next Castorian.

Don't worry - it's gonna be one cost effective and real life ride! There's no expensive, glossy, shiny, sparkly agency or bot behind this one! We're going to get things done with our own version of 'Employee Takeover' through ‘Instagrammer of the Week’.

Every week, one Castorian can volunteer themselves via our confluence sign-up sheet to manage the #lifeatcastor Instagram account, and tell their visual story throughout the week.
