Dear Hard worker,

Let me continue where I left in my last letter. If you've missed it check out my previous letter - Is every person really UNIQUE?

Unique proposition isn't required if you have Proper Positioning

Then, how can you position yourself properly!? Here are two ways, according to the business world,

• Point of Parity (POP)
• Point of Difference (POD)

If you wish to grow big but didn't exactly knew when, where and how to start, just find a successful person in your field and gather all his ideas and strategies. Implement them as it is, and you too can become successful, if you execute them at the right time and place. This is professionally called as Point of Parity or similarity.

Or else implement the same strategy with an improvisation that makes it even more better and effective. This has greater chance of success and this is professionally called as Point of Difference.

It's not about Who & What,

It's about How & When

You may think, isn't it like copying someone else!? Nope, it's positioning yourself in similar grounds to compete with your fellow field mates, which itself is a bigger achievement!

I won't say stop working hard, rather I say to work hard in a smart way!
