It's not as simple as they make it seem to grow a highly successful Martial Arts School

Our industry is rather strange right now.
I try to see and, get inundated with all of the Ads all of the marketing aimed at Martial Arts Schools.?? I pay a bit of attention to what’s being thrown at schools.
I end up talking with a lot of school each month.
Those who are clients and, those inquiring to work with us or, who just need a few tips to accelerate their growth.
What’s I’ve noticed is my long lamented “Bozo Explosion” continues on Steroids.
The other thing I’ve noticed is that everyone is promising an explosion of students as the solution to your problems.
Most are just an ad agency mostly offering Facebook Ads management, others Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads – perhaps even organic search traffic (btw some do great on that, most are a one or two trick pony that are good for a few months not great year after year.)
The reality is that everyone is way too focused on Social Media Marketing, search and, email.
All are important.
None are going to create a VERY highly successful school.
What I work with clients one start with:
1.??????? ?Fill your pipeline with new prospects using a “Parthenon” of internal, online, and grassroots methods;
2.??????? Fix your closing ratios from lead to enrollment to renewal to long-term student retention.

Then, we work with then on:
4.??????? Massive improvements in student quality and long-term student retention;
5.??????? Internal staff development;
6.??????? Renewal processes;
7.??????? Becoming a fixture in the community.
That basic process (with a few other steps along? the way)
Has grown many schools from $10,000 to $30,000 a month revenue to $80,000 to $120,000 a month rapidly – with improved quality and, improved life-style for the owner.
