Its a short one!
Over the past 2 days I have seen and read countless posts citing unprofessional behaviour within the recruitment industry. My take is simple:
Operate ethically, add value to your clients (candidates and the businesses your working with). Continue to educate both parties and make sure your a subject matter expert. Most of all if the candidate or the client don't reciprocate and want to work that way move on. Someone else will want to have a relationship that is more than just transactional. As for the offending recruitment businesses and consultants in 15 years I have seen many of businesses and consultants come and go unfortunately bringing the reputation for the rest of us down. The real shame is that the culture is being set by the management and followed by staff who fail to see that in the long term its a small world and its their personal brand they are damaging and when they move and they always do the options are significantly reduced. To those who are persevering and making sure standards are high. Keep your chins up we will prevail.
i do agree with this! I hope most recruitment companies will have the same view.

9 年Nakama is a rare entity indeed. It is unusual to find a company that walks as well as talks ethics and values, especially true in the recruitment industry.
