When employees work remotely from various locations, including their homes, and use diverse technologies, ensuring a delightful user experience can be challenging. While major application outages are typically handled by IT systems and processes, issues like dropped Zoom calls or slow-performing apps often leave employees frustrated and feeling let down by IT. ServiceNow Digital End-User Experience aims to address these challenges by extending technology supervision to the devices employees use, focusing on all aspects of their experience. This includes monitoring SaaS applications like Office 365, installed apps such as Zoom, and the overall functionality of devices like Windows or Mac laptops. By gathering data on the employee's experience as they work, troubleshooting becomes easier and more effective when issues are reported. Even if employees don't report problems, the system can still identify and address issues affecting individuals, ensuring timely remediation actions are taken.
