It's a passion to chase your dreams, not the competition

You see some dream, a somewhat impossible one but still follow it through seriously and work for it to get some encouragement from your support system and then you see it taking some shape happening in front of you and there is some beautiful moment in your life that this is doable and if you really really work towards achieving something impossible you can achieve it at least attempting it and slowly but surely you start believing in "Chasing your dreams in your life which makes life so much worth living than merely chasing some rivals for short term gains or losses in business. That sounds to short sighted now isn't it?

And if you are lucky and observant, you also see some examples of people successfully achieving what seemed impossible in your own family or friend circle after which your self belief starts growing up. You have to of course see some failures too and see what can be the learning through them how to improve yourself and how to correct or modify your vision.

When you as a normal regular person believe there are always multiple dreams one is following and these can be totally non related to each other too. As am a born wanderer I want to explore new places myself walking through the woods and on the beaches alone which give me a peace of mind. I dream of visiting far distant exotic places as a free time traveller and not as a Tourist with a booking and reservations of flights and hotels.

I dream of going as a back packer to some unknown places where nobody would normally go as a tourist as I find some information on the internet about some place where I take public transport to the nearest railway or bus station at cheaper rates instead of flying i love exploring the countryside myself looking at the village life, those tiny cottages and rivers flowing nearby and lakes where cattle are soaking up or grazing on green lawns.

One other dream I always see is to read about as many subjects as possible for the sake of acquiring more knowledge. Myself being a science student and specialised in Chemistry for my academic career, those topics no more interest me but I always believe that knowing totally different subjects like Philosophy or Psychology which more makes you see things differently and change your outlook of looking at the world with a new angle.

Therefore I do not restrict myself to one subject and read about anything what sounds interesting at that moment. This is my way to chase this dream for me by reading whenever I find time and I enjoy reading on long distance trains where you travel alone exploring new long routes from Kanyakumari to Kashmir and from Mumbai to Assam so that I get down at many small stations, have a freshly made tea in kulhad (mud pot) which is so eco-friendly.

I enjoy some snack locally made by some small villages. I also taste the local food wherever I go and avoid eating in big restaurants. I prefer small cafes serving some tasty local snacks with chai and I also like to carry some packed up so that I can take them to the long walks in jungle or sitting by the riverside and reading the books in some peaceful tree shade.

I still remember a beautiful poem I had read few years ago but it still fresh in my memory may it was from something I read in schooldays, it goes something like this: "Dream what you dare to dream, Do what you want to do, Be what you want to be, To be a champion, struggle with life. If you know the door, it must open, You just have to ask bravely.......... Chaos is a ladder, many try to climb it fall, and never get to try again, because the fall breaks them, and some are given a chance to climb again but refuse and cling to their old realms or love illusions, only the ladder is real, and the climb is all there is........"

Come on guys, live it up, the life is beautiful and you must see your dreams and go for achieving them, develop that passion for living for yourself and living for your dreams, life is too short to worry about other things like competition and rivals taking your position, enjoy your dreams and achieve them yourself. Stay blessed! #kishoreshintre

I know right

I would share from my experience that chasing one's dream is never easy because we have to face so many challenges in between. However, I would still say to chase it because the sense of accomplishment gives us not only joy but a feeling of being victorious too. Thanks for this lovely share Sir :-) Kishore Shintre
