It's Okay To Turn Grey

It's Okay To Turn Grey

Growing old with each passing day and accepting yourself gives a stress free life itself. Acknowledging mirror with wrinkles here and there in your face and body is not an easy task always.?Because mirror is not meant to be looking you young forever.

It’s okay to colour your hair. Keep your waist size an inch less, if possible. No harm in reshuffling your wardrobe with new trendy dresses. It is fine to do makeover or setting some Hollywood star as style icon. Hiding actual age in kitty party is not even a punishable offence at all.

But just keep in mind, no fancy shampoo will stop your hair fall, no oil will stimulate your hair follicles,?no facial cream will glow your skin tone, no branded hand wash will return your baby soft palm, irrespective to the product you use, branded or local. All these are just business ideas designed specially for you in some company product review meeting or sales projection presentation.

Mind it, your body and soul are the sacred offering of nature and outcome of millions of years of revolutionary human genome. Accept it. As we grow old, it will change our nature of skin, texture of hair, pattern of teeth as well as the functionality of internal organs too. Blood will not remain rebellious like your twenties, brain will slowdown in solving riddles, knees will ache in moving fast, biceps will dissolve slowly and lot more. You are ageing.

It is true you can maintain an old car but can’t run it fast. None of the toothpaste contains neither salt nor neem. How funny it is to massage a bedtime cream with saffron blended in it, when just 2 grams of saffron costs not less than Rs 500, for your information.

Its okay to have small eyes, it is fine to have a blunt nose, no matter if you are dark or your lips are not like Angelina Jolie. Just keep in mind you are beautiful. Recognize your beauty. Don’t wait for others to say you beautiful. It is more important to understand your own beauty way before public comment & appreciation.

Each child is beautiful because they are innocent and don’t know to act. But as they grow up, start living with fake outlook and get up. Eventually lose their innocence. And spend money to buy that long lost beauty and innocence through rest of life. So focus on your inner beauty.

Don’t be ashamed if your tummy is out. Remember your body keeps changing as ?you grow old. Internet and social media is in hand to tell you ‘N’ number of tips & tricks to look ?young forever. Eat this, eat that, drink lemon water in morning, milk at night, take long breath, twist your body in left while legs in right and vice versa, do Kapalbhati every morning, Go Vegan, dal contains protein, red meat will shoot your cholesterol level, egg yolk is a no no for bp patients and what not.

If you start reading all this advice any day from morning, definitely you will find life useless in the evening. There will nothing remain to eat or live. And you will be depressed. Your brain will be perfectly screwed in all these organic , inorganic, aloe vera, ?bitter gourd, fenugreek and lemon juice. Forget getting healthy, stress is now a new burden on your shoulder.

Every creature on this planet is born to die. Nectar is still a myth. So eat everything in small quantity. Eat each single thing whatever you like but in limit. Eating is directly related to your mind and mind to body. So to stop eating your preferred dishes totally is ruining your body on the other hand.

So do little exercise in the morning and evening. Have fun, try new things. Go for a walk with your kids. Your child has only one childhood; make it memorable. Keep your mind busy and happy always. Most importantly beautify your soul more than your body. Only a happy living can lead you in to a happy dying..

Well analysed the greying. I say it's not purely grey. Rather it's, "Fifty Shades Of Grey". Beauty lies in the simplicity of looks, thoughts, and deeds. Simplicity is the best beautiful statement. Finally, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, not in the body but the soul. The soul is evergreen. Our body perishes but the soul is immortal. So let us live the life king/queen size. Let us celebrate the greying. Hip hip hurrah!!!
