It's okay to stare.

Stare at art.

Stare at the moon.

Stare at clouds.

Stare at the ocean.

Stare at animals.

Stare at buildings.

Stare at words.

Stare at design.

Stare at the grass.

Stare at leaves.

Stare at life around you.

When you open your eyes wide and let things in you may see more than you imagined.

It helps fill your mind with new visual stimuli.

If you find yourself staring at a blank page, pen in hand, wondering what to do next you will have all those things you stared at stored in your mind.

So go stare at some things, you never now what you'll see.
