It's ok, it's ok, it's ok, it's ok!
Nightbirde

It's ok, it's ok, it's ok, it's ok!

The past few years have been challenging for everyone. In spite of all the crazy things the universe has thrown at us, I firmly believe that:

There has never been a better time in the history of the world to be alive...than right now!

Music has tremendous power to heal, inspire, and to engage us. It has the power to move us in ways that we could never expect. I am always inspired by musicians who can communicate complex messages in the most approachable and relatable ways.

Over the past year, I have watched this music audition many times. It continues to inspire me, and move me. It moves me to want to be better and do better! Anything is possible, as long as we don't give up the fight.

Keep fighting the good fight!

Suggestion:

  1. Find a quiet place.
  2. Put on some noise cancelling headphones.
  3. Watch the audition below in its entirety. It is certainly worth the 7 minutes and 33 seconds.

Although the world lost Jane Kristen Marczewski (Nightbirde) earlier this year , her impact and message to the world, will linger on for a long time.

Shi!t happens! We cannot be defined by the bad things that happen to us. Instead we need to use it as fuel to propel us, to rise above the noise, and to achieve our dreams and aspirations. We are so much more than the bad things that happen to us.

"I am so much more than the bad things that happen to me." - Nightbirde

The struggle is real! At any given moment we are juggling multiple crazy life events. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming, and we can feel a little lost...and that's okay.

"It's ok, it's ok, it's ok.
Its ok, if you're lost...?we're all a little lost. And its alright." - Nightbirde

Mindset. So much of what we do, or don't do, is a function of our mindset. Being happy is a choice.

"You can’t wait until life isn’t hard anymore… before you decide to be happy." - Nightbirde

Hopefully this audition will inspire you the same way it has inspired me. The past few years has been hard on everyone, and I suspect that the next few years will continue be hard. Let's embrace the hard, and not let it stop us from being happy.

When life gives you lemons:

  1. Make lemon martini's, or
  2. Catch it and throw it back!

Rock on!

Veresh Sita Thanks for sharing Jane's story. I've had similar health experiences to Jane and am from her hometown area. The Nightbirde Foundation now has a website that we can share to support others! Please feel free to share on social media as a Birde Ambassador to keep Jane's story alive. https://www.nightbirdefoundation.org/
