It's a New Year, Extraordinary Experience, nothing but Gratitude to the friends I made along the way

Gratitude best describes my journey the past 7 plus years. The people, the engagement, the challenges and the continuous learning Adobe provided were exceptional.

Thank you for hiring me into EchoSign (AKA Adobe Sign) Brendon, Eran and Eitan, I learned so much, was warmly embraced and encouraged to excel. Lots of others to thank, Paul, Erin, Sara, Roman, Mangesh…PK my first recruit to Adobe, followed by others I respected and trusted, Abiel, Matt, Natali, Ray & Rebecca.

My first from Adobe Executive Leader taught me the ropes of working for a big company, she corrected me when I was wrong and encouraged me to be myself. I learned so much from Jennifer, Bryson, Eric, Michele, Susan, Aaron, David, Doug, Saurabh, Trena, Mark, Amanda, Mark, Kunal, John, Yuko,Bryan, JP, Robin, Trisha, Gabe, Nicki, Diego so many people to thank.

So many extraordinary people, LOL as I remember one internal interview, it went like this. "Hey, what makes you think you can do this job, SaaS is so different” The response, “Dude say what you want, ask what you want, I already have this job”

The internal and external business partners and cultivation of these relationships could not have happened without the nurturing culture of Adobe. Yes, petty politics existed, but people cared for each other.

The Partners were the highlight, the list is so long, thank you, John, Nish, Steve, Matt, Mark & Mark, Simon, Steve, Greg, Alex, Jay, Will, Sara, Lindsay, Molly, Julia, Pat, Kevin, Kamal, Maria, Art, Stephen, Tyson, Jami, Art, Ryan, Tim, Kirk, Kent, Neehar, Bob, Carol, Ted and Alice…

Looking forward to the future, to quote one of my favorite U2 Songs, "Every breaking wave on the shore, Tell the next one there'll be one more, and every gamble knows that to lose is what you're really there for...Summer I was fearless...Now I speak into the answer phone...If you go, If you go your way and I will go mine..."
