Always start by planning. Ask yourself questions like what you are trying to achieve. What is the start objective? And always start with a clear objective and a plan; you will also have to plan the execution of achieving this goal of yours that you want to achieve from this personal brand. Design a SMART objective.

Let me also introduce you to the three Ps, passion, persistence, and perseverance. These three Ps are must-haves; these are the main drivers. It will succeed if you are passionate about building your personal brand.

What are the main Tips and tricks for CEOs to grow a personal brand?
Let’s agree that a personal brand is a prominent part of running a business. Companies that have a very visible CEO are more successful than other companies that chose the more ‘Silent’ approach. Leadership positions such as CEO need to be visible because that leads to trust and it's very good in building the reputation of the entire company.

How do you know when you have done something wrong? And what if you are putting yourself out in the wrong way?
?By now, we all agree that you will get more opportunities as soon as you are more visible. If you don’t see the right opportunities coming your way, then that means that you need to revisit your plan. The most important thing is to be authentic and focus on the uniqueness of your content because that is what leads to visibility, therefore trustworthiness.
What should you be ready for?
The world’s biggest myth is that many people think social media is free! Unfortunately, this is not true; social media is not free. It’s a myth. It looks free, but it's not, and that means you must invest time, effort, and money. Your time is money, and you should calculate the time and effort you will invest in your personal brand. Think of your personal brand as a startup; startups are not free.

Finally, to make the most of this unique and enjoyable step of creating and maintaining a personal brand, you need to remember these three points: learn, apply, and share! Gain knowledge, apply it in your work, and then share these experiences with your community.?
