IT’S NEVER TOO LATE!!

I have heard people say in the past the PEOPLE NEVER CHANGE, you were born this way, this is how you are wired, and this is how it will be.?I hope we ALL know, especially in this changing world of ours, that this is a lie.?WE CAN CHANGE, WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE, WE CAN STAND OUT AND UP! (and NO,I do not mean like all the fancy little “sayings” are out there.)

Move your desk, ask your boss for another office, talk with your coworker, find out what is inside of you that is “being bugged”, take a walk, breathe, be brave enough to find out what is going on inside of you, instead of complaining about it.

OK, seriously, times are a lot different because of everything that is going on in this world.?I think people are way more aware now.?When I started this business we went to the client site, looked at the unit, sat a board meeting with the C Suite.?I know we have amazing technology and zoom, etc., however we can go to a client site, and we can also pick up the phone…. IMAGINE that, believe it or not, in this business, clients and candidates still want to hear a human being.?That is also what makes us different, WE STILL do that, and it WORKS!!?One of my best clients and I talk at least once a week over the phone.?They know they are not just a number, not just part of our database, they know we care.

So, it is Never too Late!??It does not matter your age, your size, your gender, where you live, how much money you make, or what you do for a living.?If you just take the time to slow down, take a breath, and see everything that is out there for you, an entire new world will open. ?Put down the TV show, stop scrolling, get outside and take a walk in nature.?Give someone a call that would like to hear your voice, show people that you care, pet your dog!! Cook that dinner, yes, the one that you really like!?Take that vacation!?Life is so short, do what you enjoy, find your passion, and just DO IT.?Don’t lose your passion, and in realizing that: ITS NEVER TO LATE! ?? ??
