It's never too late to start a business

Far too often the story goes like this...

You go to college. Spend years working your way up a corporate or professional ladder, only to realize you'd climbed to the top of THE WRONG LADDER.

By that time, you're usually somewhere close to 40 and may feel as though the options for starting over successfully are slim.

But that couldn't be further from the truth. In fact, many of my most successful clients are over 40 and are building a brand new business off the back of an incredibly successful career.

You have more knowledge, wisdom, skills, and confidence!

As you progress through life you gain so much knowledge, wisdom, and confidence that you can use as leverage in your business. 

Many people who are 40+ are in their 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th career. All that experience becomes a valuable tool in growing a business from the ground up.  

Having the right know-how, mindset, and understanding of your industry, and the confidence to make well-informed decisions are all important aspects of creating a thriving business. 

Many of the skills that have made you successful in your current career or practice are the same skills that will make you successful in business. Sure, you'll have to learn social media and live video and maybe some paid advertising, but at the end of the day, what makes entrepreneurs MOST successful is grit, resilience, persistence, and confidence. Which, I'm guessing you have a whole lot of!

According to a recent study by the Census Bureau and two MIT professors, out of 2.7 million company founders, entrepreneurs who were 40 years and older were more than twice as likely to start a successful business AND the numbers were even better for start-ups founded by entrepreneurs who were 50 and older. 

The truth is, there's never been a better time to consider how you might take your future in your own hands. With the instability of EVERYTHING right now, it's becoming more and more obvious that diversifying your income and grabbing the reins is more critical than ever before.

So, not only is it never too late to start your own business, right now is THE TIME!

What matters most is not your age, but your strategy.

Building a business, at any age is hard. However, when you learn from those who've done what you want to do, you can speed up the process, minimize the mistakes, and get to the results sooner!
