It's never too late to find purpose
Looking inward is always challenging. How many of us take a peak under the tent and to scared to continue? Believe me; you're not alone!?The human instinct to survive is our most powerful driver. Looking inward, searching for purpose?isn't even in the passenger seat; it usually?sits in the back seat with?little direction.
And when that backseat driver tries to take?the wheel, it's?met with pushback and inner critics," It's too late in life for you to be discovering your true purpose."
One of the reasons for thinking this way is that we believe our true calling passed us by a long time ago. This usually means that we?are stuck?in our current life and feel it's pointless to try and explore.
We need to start by asking - when you wake up each morning do you want to immediately jump out of bed because you are enthusiastic about the day ahead? If the answer is no, this doesn't mean quitting your job tomorrow. I've spent 25 years as a recruiter, and there are other options than moving jobs.?
So, how does one find?purpose? This is a good question and a question that you need help to answer. Our?purpose is linked to our lives in many ways; we must open our eyes and take notice of our emotions.
How would?you define "peaceful" and "content" for yourself??What fills your heart with joy??Right here, right now, what makes you happy? Remember, wherever you find happiness is part of where you're meant to be.

Often, helpful answers can emerge when you ask questions such as:
Motive is super powerful and something we?need to clarify before we nail down our purpose. Figure out your "why" to better understand if you're approaching your desires with pure intentions.
Lastly, life's purpose, direction, meaning, fulfillment, and values—are?not?too lofty or out of reach for ANYONE. They're not for some exclusive group of people; I challenge you to start each day by identifying one step you can take toward finding your purpose.
