It's Never Too Early To Start Thinking...

For 8 years now, I have been helping clients to uncover their passion and leverage on the competency to unlock their next chapter.

Unlocking the next chapter doesn't come overnight. It takes years of hard work, lots of trials and errors, many networking opportunities, building your personal brand consistently.

At 40, I knew that I wasn't going to exit corporate at 61 years. A workshop I attended in 2013 set an idea in motion that one day I want to help people in career transition. Three years later I took a career break to get myself certified in coaching. I spent 15 months coaching full time before I returned to work.

After my career break, I landed in a role where I get to be an internal leadership coach while doing my day job as the Chief Marketing Officer. That was my dream job and a great way for me to transit out of corporate eventually.

So two years ago I did just that. In case you think I got it figured out right at the onset - No. In my first year, there was a lot of trial and errors. Suddenly (free from corporate), I realised my wealth of experience could create many possibilities. First year, I was nearly burnout, trying to do too many things. By the second year, I doubled down on what works for me and ditch what didn't.

My metric was to work less hours and build a sustainable business. So by the 2nd year, my fees per hour increased 50% YoY. Today I have successfully transitioned out from corporate and build a portfolio of career with multiple income streams and doing what I love.

And as a marketer, astute in building corporate brands, I do the same for myself. Today I help leaders and organisations reinvent for the future of work. I do that through coaching, speaking engagements and workshops. And as a co-founder of an AI startup which is pioneering the autonomous AI agent - a game-changing AI to help organisations reinvent their business model.

I have found congruence in what I do - aligning my actions with my beliefs values and aspirations.

One of my clients Sophia Yeow has successfully reinvented - from an illustrious Marketing Career to launch her Private Dining business. She's won several awards and was most recently featured on CNA.

She has found her purpose, passion and leverage on what she is truly good at to deliver something that has a market need - to build a sustainable business. I have been to her Butterfly Table (her Private Dining) and it is fabulous. No wonder her dining calendar is booked out in advance.

You too can find yours. That's why this year, I have moved from 1 on 1 coaching to Group Coaching so that I can amplify my impact. Here's why I believe Group Coaching is so effective in helping you unlock your next chapter - you needn't do it alone, and you learn from others failures and experiences.

Benefits of Group Coaching

  • Peer Support: Participants benefit from the support , encouragement and diverse perspectives of their peers. This create a strong sense of community and accountability
  • Valuable Insights: Group members often share similar challenges and experiences, which can foster a deeper understanding of their own situations and provide valuable insights
  • Longevity: With a community, there is more shared experiences and it helps you build sustainable habits

So I am pleased to share that I can now running my 3rd cohort this year, with a fellow coach Dane Tang Dane is an exceptional coach and life designer as well as a mental wellbeing coach. She knows too well the mental resilience required in navigating changes.
