As 33% of working-age adults are disabled, chronically ill, neurodiverse or experiencing mental ill-health, it's vital to create better working environments.?

This week our Mentor Spotlight is on Simon Hook, Chairman and Non-Executive Director.?

Simon has founded, grown and exited numerous technology businesses and their spin-off’s. His broad leadership focuses on enterprise software and growth stage companies.

In 2015, Simon joined Nigel’s previous company Rant and Rave as Non-Executive Chairman before the business was sold in 2018. Nigel describes Simon as ‘the most impressive serial entrepreneur I have had the pleasure to know. Bought, grew and sold multiple businesses and never had ￡1 of funding.’
