It's the most wonderful time of the year.

This is one of my most favorite Christmas song of all time and also the most wonderful time of the year: As I wait for Santa to fill my Christmas goodie bag soon, let me share something that has always amazed me. How does Santa keep up with 100% delivery, TAT, Smiles & why is he loved so much? Well, he has a partner by his side (Mrs. Claus), his team (the super elves) at work, skilled, focussed & committed to meet timelines. The reindeer, of course, without whom Santa cannot execute the deliveries.

So, what makes Santa do what he does. Few thoughts

> Santa does not hold on to anything. No baggage, just let’s go every single gift/bag. Starts new for the new year.

> Santa keeps a record of all the good things, he gives you an opportunity to restart despite our bad doings

> Have you heard anyone ever say Santa didn't deliver my gift? Santa treats us all equally, never forgets to leave a gift bag for one and all

> Santa takes care of his team -his business partner (Mrs. Claus), the super-efficient elves at work, & his reindeer.

So what do we learn from this -

1) Do not let your past weigh you down, liberate yourself by letting go. Keep that baggage off.

2) Uplift others, do not look only at their mistakes. Find the goodness around.

3) Equality should be a way of life and not mere propaganda, whether in meeting rooms or back at home.

4) Value and take care of your team because you can't function without your team.

Simple and worth giving a thought.

• Maybe you need to let go of your past that's weighing you down at this very moment OR
• Maybe you need to uplift your team or friends/family member/s OR
• Maybe you need to treat someone equally, back home or at work OR
• Maybe you need to take care of your team or your loved ones and even yourself.
