When I wrote this goal three weeks ago, it was a huge leap of faith and done with tears in my eyes.
You see, I had quit writing down my goals. I had failed so many times. I couldn't stand to see them up there and not reach them again. Since January, I have stepped out of my comfort zone more times than I can count. I've worked harder than I've ever worked in my life. I've grown thick skin and I've simplified. I quit trying to re-create the wheel and I just made it turn. Reaching this goal meant not only had I overcome many mental blocks, but I also paved the way to allow others, normal people with busy lives, to win. I I have stayed true to who I am. I'm still Tanya, auntie, little wife, puppy mom, horse lover, entrepreneur, farm girl in the city, ...first female-led President rank, and leader of an organization that created $250,000 of sales in USD in a SINGLE PAY CYCLE. From the iron range in northern Minnesota, to Ohio, to the U.K. and Brazil - stay-home-moms, teaches and nurses to physicians and construction workers, this team is making big waves. We are owning this! My second 90 day run just started yesterday. Two of the 20 positions I'm going to run with are already filled- in awe and excited for the speed of this movement. I don't care what the story was, I'm living proof that it only matters what the story is now!
