Our disappointment towards ourselves and a sense of guilt that we didn't use the day wisely or was just slipping away each day further from our goal is very common.

But what is more important is to notice that we are doing this day in and out. Once we can see clearly then comes what action we can take to make it reverse the process.


Let see an example of a person who wants to live a healthy, fulfilled life but each day he/she comes with an overwhelming emotion of some type and he pushes it away from his goals or dreams thinking that he will do it when it's the right time and right state of mind for him. It becomes a vicious cycle of not doing what his heart and soul really want to see.


What are the tools that can be used to unblock this?


1- Recognising your own pattern of falling apart not showing up.


2- Breaking the habit by replacing it with something that at the end will give a reward of some type.


3- Writing everything down with paper and pen, your time, place, circumstances when you slip away from what you need to do. Your pattern of behaviour, your emotions everything honestly.


4- Give yourself a time frame to perform and live according to the inner wish of what you want to be.


5- Share with people who are on your side and can have your back when needed.


6- Do not aim for something very big. Take a baby step and notice how that step each day can lead to others. Write in your journal like each morning you are waking up at 5 am and that is leading to having a fresh mind and longer days for you.


7- Guilt is good but staying there is not good so from your guilt learn what to do to move and flow.


8- Be kind to yourself but kindness should not lead to not focus on what you want to do.


9- Sometimes your goal or dream is to lose weight, write a book, run a marathon but it might look a big task to you or you might be blocked away with your own blocked emotions. It's time to do something different than what your dream is but it will help you to open up with your potentials and creativity. Help you to leave certain fixation of ideas which is of no help but will show you to live more fully.


10- Learn from experts who are living their talk. If money is a hurdle to get their look at your expenses sometimes we spend on things what's not necessary or needed but avoid our own dreams because we are so captivated with our own behaviour of spending in wrong places.


11- Listen to your gut feeling, the feel in your mind-body and soul to feel what it feels like when you are doing the work what is needed to achieve what you want. Be more intuitive and mindful.


12- Some practices like meditation, movement, pleasure walks are great to bring us inside us and it helps us to be constructive.


13- Avoid spending time with energy drainer or people who can leave you drained and uninspired.


14- Discipline, consistency and your belief works wonder with your goals/dreams.


15- Celebrate each new habits, success which is moving you forward in where your dream lies. Be present each day rest will be taken care for.


We can slip away some days but stick an affirmation/ mantra/ vision board somewhere in your home which can say


" YOU ARE BORN TO LIVE A BIGGER, HUGE LIFE. YOUR CHOICES, VALUES, BELIEF AND HARD WORK WILL LEAD YOU THERE".


This is a series of "Rise and Shine". Whatever you want to be in life need this basic to be covered to flow and achieve.
