It's Taco Tuesday! It's the law! LOL. I always tell people, 'Hey, I'm in California. Taco Tuesday, it's the law!'

Having taco's on Tuesdays, just make it really easy to plan dinner, at least one day a week!

My daughter graduated from a mid-west HBCU in the quarantined Class of 2020. She was actually here at home in California, because the school and been shut down, all students sent home and they finished out the year remotely.

My daughter and her best friend since middle school, both went to the same university and were lucky enough to be roommate for some semesters. They drove cross country to come home when the school abruptly shut down due to covid.

They said the Mexican food there --- wasn't. If only they could have discovered a way to cook and season the meat without the aroma wafting through the hallways of the dorms - cooking appliances were banned in the dorm rooms. They could have had a thriving pop-up California-style taco business. What starving college student wouldn't want cheap tacos, right? And what broke college students wouldn't have wanted to make a little cash? It could have been a win-win for all concerned.
