Today was a "King Tide" day on the New Hampshire Seacoast. King Tide is the highest tide of the year. This photo is the Bratskellar and Dinnerhorn Restaurant parking lot in Portsmouth around 2:00 PM today. The high tide was 9 feet 7 inches, not a record but pretty far up there. Half the parking lot and one entrance to the restaurant was underwater unless you waded in. During high tide events, these restaurants become waterfront temporarily.
