Most might say technical skills (hard skills) are 70% of the equation, but let me tell you, the remaining 30% - soft skills - are the magic ingredient that brings everything together. ??

Soft skills encompass our emotional intelligence, communication abilities, and adaptability. They're the unseen forces that make us effective team players, inspiring leaders, and clear communicators. ?
