It's just old ladies right?

WRONG! Menopause has been badly cast as the Wicked Witch of the Old Woman.

It's sad old ladies.

WRONG.

I'm on my high horse today.

That menopause is terrifying. It's TOO SCARY to be talked about.

I've had three conversations with three brilliant men over the past week. Total allies. Absolutely on board. And then, they said...

And isn't this just everything? They love the idea, they're totally on board with it all. Happy to chat menopause til the cows come home... but actually bringing it to their workplace?

Terrified.

And actually, I don't blame them. Because NO-ONE wants to cause offence these days (Apart from Gregg Wallace, but eugh, he can get in the bin).

The companies I'm talking to, they're desperate to find a way through the scary. They're pulling together brilliant menopause policies , offering access to GPs, paying for HRT prescriptions - the lot.

And no-one is using it. Because no-one is talking about it.

But great news for them - I'm here. And I am NOT afraid of talking about it.

In fact, I talk about it all the time. It's probably become my entire personality at this point (that and sequinned leopard print).

And I'm not afraid to talk to men about it.

Which is why my Men in Menopause sessions are so well received.

You should tag the person in charge of booking these kind of sessions, and get me booked in for the new year - I'm taking bookings now.

Because I'll do the scary stuff for you.
