It's not just the hands that toil.

In work life, we see there's a lot of blame game, or credit taking moments. In the office board room, there's claim business has come from the front, where in on-site, it is the heroics of a successful application or installation that claims business success.

No clap happens without two hands coming together.

Which is why it is important to recognize a team effort selflessly, as success does not come without unity within the group, and by the way, if one think it does, then might as well be willing to take sole ownership when failure of a project surfaces.
