It's Not a Judicial Issue - It's a Social Issue
I was just walking in the sun with some Italian guests who said the air is so relaxing here. And I said really? Israelis are relaxed? And they said (imagine the Italian accent) - nooooo, of course not, Israelis are very stressed "??? ???" he said in Hebrew, which means coffee coffee.
A lot of people are very hyped up in our country these days and it's not just from the coffee.
I'm looking for some brave and rational people who understand something is really wrong with this situation we have in Israel at the moment.
The truth behind this whole mess is that it's not a judicial issue - it's a social issue. And it's not really about the external legal changes everyone's debating, but more about the "contractions" every single person is starting to feel. We're feeling pressured from all sides - at work, in the family, by our country's enemies. The whole point of all these pressures is to show us a picture of change. I mean life in Israel has always been full of pressure, but this is different. We used to live side by side and get along in general, but now we're feeling the pressure between us.
These historic changes are grasped from outside us, but the true engine of change is the transformation we're going through on the inside.

The internal changes a person goes through can take years and even decades to be expressed. But it never hurts to know the truth about what we're heading toward. Hopefully it will clear some of the smoke that's gathering here in Israel.
There is not a person in Israel that doesn't feel some type of pressure. Right now it's being expressed against the government apparently. But if we really want to get to the bottom of what's going on, we'll sit and reflect for a moment, and realize that it's all about the internal pressures inside us. It's a growing yearning (being expressed through shouting) for a better lifestyle. After all, humans are very simple creatures. We need certain conditions to be happy.
So why is it the high-tech sector and the elite parts of society leading this movement? It's always the top of the pyramid that's awakened first to shake up the whole system. When the strongest part of society is hurting - everyone is hurting.
Once a friend in Manhattan explained this to me very simply when I was really young - when there's a problem with the stock market and traders lose a lot of money, they have less money to eat out, spend on shopping, dry cleaning, tipping, etc.
So when there's something really pressuring the people at the top of the pyramid, it trickles down to everyone else.

1 年Its a power struggle.. there ate legitamite concerns to reform.. but what the government is doing is worse.. The Court was very elite since the beginning of the State.. but what do we have on the opposite side? A Prime Minister whocan face charges.. Another Jew named Deri who has been convicyed prevously and someone like Ben Gvir who wasnot in the Army.. He saidWe will get to Rabin... What I cannot accept is Rav Laitmans critism of the Protestors who were not only left.. but attendedby Benny Begin, Meridor and other previous Right wingers! Let me call out the evil within the gov... Or has the Rav had a Right wing agenda all along.. while teaching Kabbalah... He is showing himselfas a Rightwing Reactionary Russian! Its a shame(in my opinion) BaalHaSulam who was democratic would have not agreed and is turning over in his grave,, In the Zohar it does say that atthe end of Days The Rabbis will be of Erev Rav..
