It's Impossible to Train Salespeople

Maybe there is a case for the "born" salesperson.
Given how difficult it is to train salespeople to success, maybe it's not such a bad idea after all to consider that either someone can sell or they can't.
Can you train someone to sell? Sure.
Does it happen very often? Not really...1-in-4, maybe. More like 1-in-16 if you consider salespeople who are consistently and predictably successful.
Maybe they are just "born" salespeople.

9 个月If you WOULD accept the premise of "born" salespeople, you may want to start with people "born" with the tendency to BE ABLE TO LEARN AND CHANGE - born to be (?? 1 %??) more LIKELY to adapt ? Crazy thought, right !!! Great episode Kelly
