Over the last 6-7 months I've been sharing with you some of my articles, blogs, newsletters.

And almost 2,000 of you subscribed - which is AMAZING!

I have an (almost) weekly newsletter too, which lands in the inbox of a small - but perfectly formed - audience.

It has a great big open rate of over 50%. I'm told that's good. So?I'm proud of that.

Not because figures interest me that much. (Even though they probably should ??).

But because - in between ALL the noise and distractions and the lack of TIME - the women on my list take the time to open and read my newsletter.

Because they find it interesting. Because it helps them. Because it makes them think. Because they recognise themselves in it.

My newsletter is FULL of helpful stuff, helping YOU make decisions on what's next in your career.

And that's not me saying that, that's my clients, who've told me that it was ONE of the reasons they chose to work with me!

So, I'm moving ALL of that goodness to Substack.

From TODAY Substack will be my second home.

I will focus on ONE topic each week to help you move forward in your career change.

I will also tell you about the books I've read as soon as I've read them.

Books on - well, obviously - career change, but also on body and mind, women and equality, business and leadership, and creativity. I'll tell you why I decided to read them from the beginning to the end. About what's in them and why I liked them.
