I’m doing some market research in order to better serve my clients and followers who have shared an interest in more in-depth nutrition support!?

Even with the accountability of my virtual fit gym, daily workouts are only about 10% of the work that will lead to the transformation you want. The other 80%? ALL nutrition!

My goal is to put together a super special… something to provide the most valuable content I have learned over the last 10 years in the health and fitness world and experienced myself on my own 20-year-long journey! Lose and keep off my post-partum weight, fuel my body to build muscle post-workout, and keep things SIMPLE…But I want to do it the RIGHT WAY… so I want to hear from you.?

January 2022 my entire Next Level Living Fit Gym changed!

In addition to the incredible on-demand programs we have grown to know and love from BODi, we got a brand new program that featured cycling! The FIRST program of it's kind on the platform. Jennifer Jacobs brought fire, focus and QUICK workouts we relied on to kick off our 2022 transformations, and so many of my clients (including ME!) added the MYX Bike to our home-gym set up and are LOVING IT. ??

BODi listened and heard how much we loved the cycling content, and has since launched new workouts to our BODi platform every month. But things are changing again in May 2023… with the FIRST all bike, all the time, TOTAL program!?

That's right. Shaun T is re-launching his program T-25 (the FIRST program I ever did as a BRAND NEW BODi Partner!) and he will be launching a brand new bike version of the program, B25!

OMG - ALL THE FEELS!?? I just did the Focus T-25 sample workout this morning and I am IN LOVE all over again!

One short month later, Jennifer Jacobs is BACK with her newest program BIKE 1 - a 3 week, 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week challenge to take your physical fitness to the next level, one ride at a time.

It’s finally spring??

Winter is officially over and I don’t know about you, but I am SO ready for spring and all the new life and growth that it brings! Are you focusing on any growth in your own life? ?? We sure are in my newest Next Level Living challenge for April!?

We just kicked things off and are in Week 1, Flourishing With Fresh Foods!?

Spring is all about blooming grass and plants, planting seeds, sunnier days and spring rains. We are embracing the freshness of the season with more fresh food, because fresh is always best. ?? It has the most nutritional value and of course, nothing added to it. Any amount of processing -- whether it’s freezing, canning, drying or dehydrating – removes something from the original form and usually adds other things too. Fresh and whole foods retain their rawest form, nutrients and texture, just the way God designed them! ???

?That’s why we’re talking all about how to get the freshest produce possible, what is easiest to grow yourself, how to keep things fresh and ways to get more of those fresh foods in your daily diet! ???

One other thing we are focusing on in our group this month is taking advantage of the extra sun in our days by waking up early!?

We are springing up with the sun and making the most of our mornings!?

That extra time is a great opportunity to start your day right, be more productive and boost your mood. ?? Proverbs 31:15 tells us that the virtuous woman ‘rises while it is yet night.’ And she is the epitome of productivity! I challenge you to just try it with us this month. I think that you will see how great it really is to get out of bed even just a little bit earlier!?

In March of 2013, I said YES!

In the midst of running my own company and becoming a mom for the 3rd time, I felt alone, uncertain and kind of lost in my life. I couldn’t help but think, was this all there was??

I thought I would feel more fulfilled as a wife, mom, business owner, but this question was something that lingered on for me.?

I had already fell in love with Insanity and programs like P90X and with working out from home…something I started even before Ayden came along in 2005. It was hard and it challenged me, there were lots of days that I could hardly finish, but that didn't matter to me, I knew I needed the challenge and I needed this distraction and time to work on ME…this was MY time.

So when I met my then coach and she invited me to try a new home fitness program with other women just like me I was THRILLED to jump at the chance!!

When I think about it now, that single YES literally changed the course of my entire life… It changed EVERYTHING!!?My home workouts saved me and my family!

If you know me, you know that I believe that everything happens for a reason and God sent me that blessing in 2013 when I needed it most and I Jumped at it and said YES YES YES!!?I found my SPARK and I could literally have it all - mom and CEO!

More than a decade later?and 30+ Completed at home fitness programs, I am still saying YES to my Health, to my progress and well being.?Not for a bikini body, or rock hard abs, but to feel my best for my kids and myself.?To teach my boys and my daughter that health matters, healthy body image and the importance of being healthy for them!
