It’s not goodbye but see you later - the next chapter!

In September 2015, I joined a little known Belgium startup that was trying to build out “Sales Enablement” in the US.

After 1,484 incredible days, I’m leaving a 500 person company that has an amazing platform, an unbeatable vision, and is viewed as a leader by customers, analysts, and crowd sourced reviews alike.

A lot has happened in four years, to say the least! I tell people that the last four years have felt more like four decades but they have been some of the most influential “decades” in my career. I feel so fortunate that I’ve had leaders who believed in me, employees that worked hard for me, and colleagues that fought to make our vision a reality. Best of all, a lot of these people will be lifelong friends.

Honestly, it’s a bittersweet moment. I’m leaving a company that I’ve called home for four years. I even picked up my life in San Francisco and moved to build the Showpad brand in Chicago; a decision that I would do again if asked.

I’ve been soaking in the last few days at Showpad. I really want to thank Louis & PJ for hiring me and giving me opportunities to prove myself throughout the years. A special shout out to Ben Fleishman for being my first Chicago hire and being a role model employee for everyone. There have been a lot of people who have been extremely influential and impactful in my time at Showpad so THANK YOU ALL. 

I am absolutely thrilled for my next endeavor! I can’t wait to see what the future holds. After a few weeks of rest, of course.

To my current and former employees, superiors, peers, customers, prospects, and everyone in-between, thank you for an amazing journey. It’s not goodbye but see you later....
