"It's Good to Be Home"

Last year about this time, I started a journey of visiting customers to talk about the new Reynolds and Reynolds. One year later I returned to where it started to see how things have progressed.

Our goal is to aggressively grow our footprint in automotive retailing by winning new customers and growing our partnerships with existing ones.

As I traveled back a year later, I visited Cox Chevrolet, who shortly after my first visit returned to Reynolds. On this visit I repeatedly heard from the Cox team, "It is good to be home."

A year ago, I was fortunate to meet with the folks from Bill Currie Ford to share Reynolds Operating Vision. Last week was their go live week transitioning to Reynolds and things are progressing well.?Thanks to Jennifer Currie – Dealer, Sean Sullivan – GM, Joe Cutillo – CFO, Mike Manzi – Fixed Ops Director, and the whole team for the partnership opportunity!

This trip I also had a chance to sit in on an installation and training planning meeting with the folks from Cecil Clark Chevrolet. They had been on a different provider’s system for years and decided Reynolds products and support were the right direction for them.?It is exciting to welcome them to the growing Reynolds family! Thanks to Joseph Clark, Kayla Truss, David Newton, Chuck Cheshire, Todd Kendall, and Nelson Escobar. We look forward to our partnership for many years to come.

Being surrounded by our great team (Danielle DeConinck and Travis Hafer) gives me great confidence in our ability to help dealers today and take them into the future.

When you travel, sometimes you get unexpected surprises like fire alarms going off in your hotel at 6:00 AM or even bumping into a celebrity or two like The Nature Boy, Ric Flair! You never know what can happen on the road!

It is exciting to see our progress in just a year’s time. I can’t wait to see what year two holds for our exciting industry.
