As Director of Sales and Marketing, it is my mission to build great RELATIONSHIPS with both our water treatment partners and the end-users in the facilities using our SAFER and MORE SUSTAINABLE water treatment products.
For our water treatment partners, BLUE OCEAN prides itself in LISTENING – being EMPATHETIC to our partners’ situations and helping them with what they need. The importance of building TRUST cannot be emphasized enough. We do what we say we are going to do and provide timely assistance which includes technical support, marketing material, end-user research and anything else we can help with. Aiding in their SUCCESS not only makes us more successful but builds a lasting PARTNERSHIP which is beneficial to both.
As for our end-users, BLUE OCEAN goes the extra mile to find out what they are looking for. We try to find out their pain points and offer solutions that can alleviate these situations. Whether looking to REDUCE their CARBON FOOTPRINT, making their facility SAFER or IMPROVING their facility’s BOTTOM LINE, BLUE OCEAN works with both the end-user and our water treatment partner to find the best solution. Educating end-users on the benefits of BLUE OCEAN is key as IMPROVING SAFETY while PROTECTING the PLANET is our passion!
