It's Friday. My brain is fried. Let's Celebrate Some Wins.

It's Friday and it's been a great week! But my ADHD brain is fried.

Once you start becoming familiar with your ADHD brain patterns you can anticipate and schedule to them.

I've drawn down heavily on my executive function this week, so I keep Friday light on deep thinking and big mental lift actions.

The healthiest thing I can do when my brain is worn down is to remember to celebrate my wins. Because ADHD brains are often caught up in rumination about what isn't done and what isn't working. Time blindness can make so that we quickly forget all the hard work and wins we've strung together.

It's all too easy to focus on what isn't where we want it to be - and forget to celebrate the little steps of progress we make each week. Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do for ourselves is pause for a moment or two and recognize our weekly wins, both big and small.

So I'm going to take this moment to celebrate some of this week's wins:

  1. Officially announcing the launch of ADHD Entrepreneur Accelerator!!
  2. Updating my web site to reflect my focus on supporting ADHD Entrepreneurs
  3. Hosted 5 co-working sessions to help ADHD entrepreneurs focus and make progress every day.
  4. Posted 3 newsletter editions and 3 email newsletters (missed my goal of posting every day, for second week in a row, so need to address this whethere, I need to modify my content strategy/schedule).
  5. Helped some of my Accelerator members through some big emotions so they can find their light again.
  6. Worked with my ADHD brain and adapted my schedule to be lighter and more spacious so I can sustain even through a heavy week.
  7. Showed up every day. Had some wins. Made some mistakes. Learned some stuff.

What about you? I'd love to know what your wins were this week? Share in the comments!

Once again so true although I will go a step further - time as we know it was invented by someone long time ago. So even 'time blindness' is only here with us, because of the created norms we have to adjust to in this ??. I don't like wearing a watch and I don't. ?? #adhd
