It's Entertainment Month in Delray

I'm taking a break from my normal real estate charts and graphs today. Why? 'Cuz you should know about our February local happenings...?

First up, if you're still on your sofa wearing layers of clothing freezing up north and upset you're not living in Delray... yesterday, I published my annual?video, "7 Things You Must Know About Delray for 2023." As you'll see, Delray is entering its heyday and is positioning itself to being a top destination to live or visit.

?** Today marks the opening day for?Savor The Ave?reservations.?DO NOT?wait as these tickets will most likely sell out by the end of this week. If you're new to this, it's a dinner table about 3 blocks long with about 1000 seats along Atlantic Ave where restaurants showcase their best stuff.

?**?Free Concerts?at Old School Square.?

?**?The Delray Beach (Tennis) Open?will be celebrating its 31st overall event in 2023, its 25th tournament in Delray Beach, Florida. It goes from Friday, February 10, to Sunday, February 19th. Go check it out top ATP players and bump into some famous names.

?* First Friday Art Walk

* Black History Month

* Full Moon Events for yoga enthusiasts

* Coco Market 1st Sunday of each month

?You can find out about all the information and tickets?HERE.

?That's all this week. A month from now I'll be sharing what's in store for March as we then head to the late innings of our high season. Get outside and have some FUN - that's why we live in this paradise.?
