IT'S NOT ENDING THIS WAY FOR YOU

You may be older than I am. You may even be much younger. You may be the age I was when I was battling with polio. You may be at that age I was when I was struggling to get a wife. Or the age when it seemed I was going to go through this world without a child of my own. Or you may be at a stage where you lost your job. Your business might have turned upside down and it seems as if your life has come to an end. I will be sincere with you. At a point in my life, I thought the end had come. At a point, my wife actually confessed that she prayed and cried to God saying, “Why don’t you let this man have an accident and die, so that all these entire struggle may end.” Instead, the Lord proved that nothing comes to an end until He says it has ended.

It has not ended for you too. I can assure you, it will not end for you at this point. If you too can put your trust in God and hand over everything to the living God, your life will experience a turnaround.

I am not calling you into a religion; I’m only calling you into the beginning of life. Jesus Christ said, “I have come, so that you may have life, and have it in abundance”. I came to Him, and He introduced me to life. What I am experiencing now is more than life. It can only be that abundant life that He promised.

This book is not about disabilities but about confronting and overcoming life’s challenges. You may not have any disability, but you might have concluded that life has not been fair to you and so you cannot make it.

The world was not fair to me when I was an infant and even now at over fifty years of age, life is still not fair and I can tell you it will never be fair. Yet despite the odds, I want you to get up and begin to tell yourself you can also make it.

This is not the end of your life; there is still a day called tomorrow for you. No matter what happened in your yesterday or is happening in your today, your tomorrow is still a blank cheque. Your tomorrow can be better than your yesterday and your today.

Do you want to ask Joseph the son of Jacob what happened to him in his yesterday? His future was bleak, his yesterday was gone and his today was wasting away. Suddenly his tomorrow came miraculously. This young man had been locked up within the four walls of a dungeon for thirteen years, not having the opportunity to attend school. Thirteen years of not doing what other children of his age were doing. Thirteen years of not being able to do anything tangible with his life. When he left the dungeon, the next position for this seemingly hopeless man was the job of a Prime Minister in a foreign country, and his next abode was the palace.

Nothing has ended for you yet unless you agree that it has. Even if you do agree (it’s only in your mind), there is still hope as long as your life has not ended.

Get up and do that which your Creator has created you to do. Hit the ground and start running. If you start today, you will get somewhere tomorrow. I believe in myself and in my God and by His grace I am who I am today. You too can make it! Get up and start doing it!

Unto the king eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be all glory, honor and praise. 

For all these that you have done for me, God I give all the glory to you. I know, according to the scriptures, “the glory of the latter days shall surpass that of the former.

Lord, if I live to see another fifty years, the glory of my remaining days on earth shall supersede and surpass even my first fifty years. And you Lord, who has led and brought me this far, I yet put my hands in your hands. Lord Jesus, lead me on.
