Okay, the last SharePoint benefit I want to mention is called ‘document collaboration and co-authoring’. It’s a nifty little feature that allows you and your colleagues to access and edit the same document simultaneously. Whether it’s a Word doc, Excel spreadsheet or a PowerPoint presentation, co-editing in real-time has never been easier. Who wouldn’t want that in the workplace?
