It's Employee Appreciation Day!

Our Aktrapid members are the absolute heart and soul of our organisation and we so are proud of our talented and committed team. These dedicated personnel are at the coal face, providing comfort, care and support to residents across Victoria every day, often going above and beyond what is expected of them.

Today, on Employee Appreciation Day, we want to take a moment to recognise and show appreciation to our amazing members who work tirelessly to provide the highest level of care to our clients and their residents. We are grateful for their dedication, compassion, and expertise, which make a significant difference in the lives of these residents and their families.

Celebrating Employee Appreciation Day is recognising the successes, hardships, and dedication of your employees. At Aktrapid, we understand that health care can be a challenging and demanding profession, which is why we're excited to nominate some of our exceptional team members for the Humanetix HEART award; an initiative that aims to honour and reward exceptional aged care workers in Australia. By celebrating their achievements and contributions, we hope to inspire others to prioritise recognition and appreciation for aged care workers across the industry.
