It's Easy When you put the Customer First

In just a few short years Oxygen Forensics, Inc. has skyrocketed to the top of mobile forensic software “food chain”. One thing I am always asked is what brought me to Oxygen, and what keeps me here. The answer I give, without hesitation, is simple; the unending support of the company executives and the support the entire company gives to creating solutions to solve problems. The adage of the customer is always first (AKA right) is often chanted by many companies, but at Oxygen it is lived. Our customers’ ideas and requests are what shape our development. We understand they are on the front lines looking to make this world a safer place, and we simply make their vision a reality. When you have a company that works every day to treat each and every customer as the only person on earth, at that moment, instead of a number or sale, great things will happen. What is happening at Oxygen Forensic, Inc. is a testament to this mission statement and will most definitely make our world a safer place.

We just released another update that added an industry first feature with Motorola Android devices; the ability to bypass locked, and even bootloader locks, to recover a complete forensic image of the device. Our customers needed a solution to solve the problem of many pre-paid Verizon devices they were seeing; we delivered. To make it even sweeter, we added our Android Jet Imager technology to the extraction process, cutting the time down to mere minutes, instead of hours. A test we just conducted here at the office was on a Motorola X Pure with 16 GB storage. A full physical image of the device took less than 5 minutes! The closest competitors tool took over 6 hours! 

The additions to our tools and many feature updates are simply us listening to our customers and delivering the requests programmatically inside our tools. No one knows the needs of the mobile forensic community better than those on the front line, our customers. Oxygen is and will remain committed to each and every one of our customers because their needs are our requirements.
