It's curtains for windows!

I recall my Grandmothers old house in Aldershot-always freezing cold and great big thick curtains surrounded every window and door, with a sausage type cushion up against the bottom of every door. The reason? The windows themselves were ok but cold air would leak in around them and any heat would leak out. And todays windows are hugely more efficient than those old timber ones BUT, we still fit them the same way!

You can create a far better effect than big curtains by applying an energy efficient 'jacket' around your window frames using our expanding tapes-Now included in the updated GGF guidelines for window installation.

These tapes are easy to install, in any weather. They energy rate the gap around the frame to passivhaus levels if required (we have been passivhaus approved) keep sound out to 63db and are air-tight.

No curtains required, and they tapes will outlast the windows
