It's crucial for businesses to adopt a customer-centric approach, and here's why!

It was a situation with one of the clients I worked for.

The client had multiple meta ads accounts with her!

In our case, we were using a separate account for our project.

The client had mistakenly paid funds into the wrong ad account, and at the same time unfortunately it got locked, and the loss of those funds which was around 10k INR.

She tried contacting meta support and unfortunately, she was not able to get a proper solution and ended up leaving those funds.

Though it was beyond our scope of work, Hearing all of this I felt bad and took it up as a challenge and mentioned to the client that I'd try to resolve this problem which was being faced for 2 years.

Then I gathered all the information and collected all the proofs of the respective issue and got connected with meta support on her behalf and was continuously back of them for 10-12 days.

Even the meta support team was not able to do anything with the ad account as it was locked and they kept on transferring the case from one agent to another.

But still, I didn't leave it and was back of them saying to give a solution to the problem and it cannot be left like that.

Then after more than 20-30 calls, more than 15 mails, Patience of 15 days and Follow-ups. We finally got an update from Meta Support Team Seniors that they shall be providing an Ad Credit Coupon with the same amount and which can be used in any of the Meta Ad Accounts!

Listening to this the client was Extremely happy and said that she completely lost hope after these many days but we supported her and solved the issue and she kept on appreciating me and my team for the next 3 days!

Being an entrepreneur we need to also look around our client's businesses sometimes which increases respect and builds trust & rapport with them!
